Refund policy

If PinRaan isn't right for your shop, you get money back. Here is exactly how much, with nothing hidden.

Monthly plans

You pay the ฿2,900 one-time setup fee and your first month up front.
If you're not happy in your first 30 days, we refund your first month's fee.
The setup fee covers the work of setting up your profile, so it is not refunded.
After the first 30 days you can still cancel any month, and you will not be charged again.

Yearly plans give you 12 months for the price of 10 and waive the setup fee. If you leave early, you pay no more than a monthly customer would have.

First 30 days: we refund everything except ฿2,900, the setup fee the yearly plan waived.
After 30 days: we charge the months you've used at the monthly price, plus the ฿2,900 setup fee, and refund the rest.
The refund gets smaller each month and reaches zero around month 7 to 9, depending on your plan.

Refund = yearly price, minus months used × monthly price, minus ฿2,900. It never goes below ฿0.
